Standard Installation includes Customer Premise Equipment, Mounting hardware for up to 10ft above roof line, Labor to install equipment and run cable through an exterior wall, and Cable from Connection service to router. Phoenix Broadband does not provide a router with services. Customer may provide their own or check Additional Items Page for router pricing. Additional items may be required to complete install please see Additional Items Page for Pricing.

Upon completion of installation payment is due either with a Check, Cash, Visa/MasterCard, Check or Bank Draft. Subsequent invoices are automatically drafted on the first of the month using Visa/MasterCard or Bank Draft.

Business Customers have the option for Monthly or Quarterly Billing. Quarterly Invoices are due on the 1st Day of the 1st month of the Quarter. Quarterly Invoices can be paid using Visa/MasterCard, Bank Draft, or Check. Checks must be received no later than the 3rd Day of the 1st Month of the Quarter to avoid Service Interruption.

All Business Accounts are provided with one(1) static IP address. Additional IP Addresses available upon request, please see our Additional Items Page for pricing.
